Our Comprehensive Refund Policy

Prior to reviewing our specific refund policies outlined below, please note that we do not entertain refund requests beyond 7 days from the completion of a project.

It’s important to emphasize that once a project is completed and payment is released, we do not offer refunds. However, this rule is not uniformly applied to all our services. Refer to the following discussion for details on which services fall under this policy.

We specialize in delivering downloadable files to clients upon project completion. Whether it’s a logo design file, banner, brochure, business card, or any other design file, our commitment is to meet your requirements to the best of our abilities.

Our creative digital work, spanning graphic design, web design, content for online marketing, and social media, involves visual materials that are easily reproducible. The essence lies in the design concept derived from a top-tier mind with experience and expertise.

Therefore, for any orders involving visual art or design, and following the first revision, we do not entertain refunds for such projects.

Graphic and Visual Design

Graphic design encompasses all branding materials, including logos, business cards, brochures, flyers, packaging design, posters, t-shirt designs, mug designs, and other visual branding assets.

Cancellation of an order is possible before the completion of a visual branding asset project. Once the project is finalized and delivered, refund requests are not accepted. However, you can submit requests in case of legitimate concerns. We assure you that we will review your case and consider a refund, deducting a credit fee ranging from 20% to 40%. This fee accounts for the effort and attention designers invest in crafting the best design concepts tailored to your needs.

Printing Design

Our services extend globally, assisting clients in obtaining high-quality printed banners, posters, packaging designs, t-shirts, magazines, and other print design services.

For orders involving only design, you can cancel anytime before completion. The design won’t be discarded post-final delivery, but if you decide to cancel, prompt communication is essential.

Regarding printing, orders can be canceled even after the print design is ready. However, no refund will be provided as printing costs have already been incurred.

Digital Marketing

Digital marketing encompasses a broad spectrum of activities aimed at building a robust brand identity and recognition on search engines and social media.

Refund policies for digital marketing services are nuanced due to the time and patience required for success. Our milestone-based project completion allows clients flexibility to discard the project at any stage, paying only for achieved milestones.

While we typically do not agree to refunds for ongoing digital marketing services, we commit to listening and responding to your concerns if possible.

Website Design and Development

Our web design and development services cater to startups, small brands, and medium to large businesses seeking to establish a strong online presence.

In situations where the initial design mockup is unsatisfactory, if we haven’t started your project, or if we’re unable to meet project specifications, we will refund your advance payment.

However, no refund will be issued if the design is approved, and project delays occur due to lack of communication on your end.
